Radmila has a wealth of experience in all areas of family law including divorce, cohabitation, financial disputes on relationship breakdown and disputes in relation to children. Matthew joined the firm in 2014 after training at a specialist Family Law firm in Kent. Matthew is experienced in all areas of Family Law including divorce and financial remedy proceedings, domestic violence and injunctive relief applications, together with being able to advise unmarried couples as to the options available to them upon separation.
Matthew is also experienced in cases relating to children, both with or without Local Authority involvement. He is particularly interested in matters with an international element and is able to advise parents as to their rights should their child be removed from England and Wales without their consent.
Matthew adopts a calming and proactive approach when advising clients in order to avoid unnecessary confrontation and animosity, whilst at the same time obtaining the best possible result for the client in each individual case.
